We use PayPal's secure shopping system to process your order.  We DO NOT receive your credit card information.  If you are not comfortable ordering online, please feel free to print the order form and fax or mail it or call us and we will be happy to assist you over the phone (573) 374-9319 or toll free 1-866-263-9319.

Shipping & Handling Rates:

• We prefer to ship orders UPS Ground or we will ship USPS Priority Mail for smaller orders or at your request.  Please allow 7-10 days to receive your order.  In stock items usually ship the same day. Custom windows, panels and cabinet doors may take 4-6 weeks or longer - depending on the project.

• WE DO NOT MASS PRODUCE OUR ITEMS.  Although we try to have a few of each item on hand, many items are made specifically to fill your order (color, etching, etc).  Because of this, if you have any special requests for an item, let us know...more than likely we can easily accommodate your requests.  If an item is in stock and you have a custom request, we will e-mail you to see if you want it custom made or the in-stock item (which usually ships the same day).

• Please let us know if you need something by a certain date and we will make every effort to meet your deadline.  For gifts and birthdays we will include a handwritten card for you - just let us know.

• Lamp, bevel clusters & Pre-cut Kits are special order and require extra shipping time of 2-3 weeks.

• Custom stained/etched/carved glass panels and commission pieces may take 4-6 weeks or longer...we will let you know our production schedule and estimated completion date.

• Of course, satisfaction is guaranteed and items will be replaced or refunded if you're not satisfied.  Please see our return policy.  We must be notified immediately for damaged merchandise so we can place a claim with the shipper.  It must be in the original packaging for the claim process.

• Wholesalers: Please indicate that you are a wholesale account when ordering (during the checkout process).  Wholesale minimums apply. 

• Larger quantity orders will be charged actual shipping charges FOB Gravois Mills, MO.

Privacy Policy

We respect your right to privacy.  Any information you give us is strictly confidential.  We do not exchange, share, sell or rent, any of the information we obtain from you, with anyone. We use your information for the sole purpose of completing your sale.   Further, we do not send you unsolicited e-maid ads or site update information, unless you have subscribed to our mailing list.  We want you to know that you can visit and shop with us without reservation.  Earning your confidence and trust is essential to our continued success.  Thank you.

Return Policy

COMPLETE SATISFACTION GUARANTEED.  If you are not completely satisfied, we will, at your option, replace the item with an item of equal value or refund your purchase price in full (less shipping costs).  We must be notified of returns within 5 (five) days of receiving the product, otherwise a 15% restocking fee may be charged.  Custom order or custom etched items are excluded.  We must be notified immediately for damaged merchandise so we can place a claim with the shipper.  It must be in the original packaging for the claim process.

PRODUCT EXCELLENCE GUARANTEE.  Every product you buy from this site will be free of defects or you may return it immediately for replacement.   Products depicted may vary slightly from the actual product because of the natural variation of the materials.

Substitutions

We reserve the right to update model designs, or substitute models or colors whenever these changes represent an equal or better value for our customers.  Items illustration are actual photos or illustrations of the products available at this time.  An updated version may be substituted at a later date.  We will notify you of the change before shipping the items for your approval.  Products depicted may vary slightly from the actual product because of the natural variation of the materials.  All the sizes of products indicated are shown are close approximations.  Although we work diligently to ensure the accuracy of copy descriptions and prices, we reserve the right to correct typographical errors.  Replacement is subject to item availability.  If exact replacement is not available, replacement will be a comparable item or at least equal value.  We will, of course, notify you for your approval before making the substitution.
